Shipping within Australia

• Standard shipping: A$11, or free on orders of A$120 or more.
• Express shipping: A$15.

International shipping

• International standard shipping: A$35, or free on orders of A$200 or more.
• We ship to New Zealand, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, the United Arab Emirates and Israel. Available countries and rates are shown at checkout.

Customs, duties and taxes

For international orders, import duties and taxes are calculated and paid at checkout, so you'll see the full cost before you pay.

United States, United Kingdom, European Union and Canada: duties and taxes are prepaid, so there's nothing extra to pay on delivery.

All other countries: in some cases, your local carrier or customs may still charge a small additional fee on delivery.

Customs processing can sometimes delay delivery.

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow your parcel.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels

If your parcel hasn't arrived when expected, or arrives damaged, please contact us at peach@peachactive.au with your order number and we'll help sort it out.
